Each of the 13 lessons deals with a different topic that will change the way you think about personal finance. Dave teaches about how to save money, live on a budget, communicate about money, eliminate debt, find bargains, and experience the joy of giving.

Join us as we gather together to encounter God, encourage believers in Christ and engage our community in love. Our mission is to dialogue, learn and work together helping each other navigate the tensions of following Jesus in a post-Christian culture. Facilitated by Doug Ruby. FREE CLASS.
Dealing with Difficult People
Sept. 24 & 25 Fri. 6-9pm & Sat. 10am-3pm
Do the difficult people in your life try your patience, rob your peace of mind and hinder your ability to be productive? The ability to manage and resolve negative emotions has been termed “Emotional Intelligence.” Research shows that EI is twice as important as IQ and technical skills combined, in determining professional and personal success and spiritual maturity. If you would like to be able to diffuse the hurt, frustration and anger you feel when dealing with a difficult person or be able to effectively confront and resolve the issues that surface, this course is for you.

This class is designed to help believers discover their unique calling and place of ministry. Scripture tells us that we are to be informed in the area of spiritual gifts.(1 Cor. 12:1) This holistic process will look at how God has “knit you together,” exploring your personality, spiritual gifts and passions, and how they interact with others in all areas of our lives.

Explore what Christianity is all about. Learn about God’s story & your place in it, in an accepting, conversational environment. Starting Point helps participants explore the Bible and begin to understand key truths of the Christian faith.

Sacred Marriage
Wednesdays – Sept.29 – Nov. 10 6:30pm
Scores of books have been written that offer guidance for building the marriage of your dreams. Yet, what if God’s primary intent for your marriage isn’t to make you happy . . . but holy? And, what if your relationship isn’t as much about you and your spouse as it is about you and God? Sacred Marriage uncovers how your marriage can become a doorway to a closer walk with God and each other. You will learn how to:
- Turn marital struggles into spiritual and personal appreciation.
- Love your spouse with a stronger sense of purpose.
- Partner in the spiritual growth and character formation of your spouse.
- Transform a “tired” marriage into a relationship filled with awe and respect
